Preauthorized Credit Card Agreement
1. Authorization for Recurring Payments
By signing this agreement, you authorize the Harrison Agassiz Chamber of Commerce to charge the membership fees to your credit card on a recurring basis according to your selected billing frequency (monthly or annually).
- Fees are fixed based on the chosen membership tier.
- You also authorize us to charge your credit card for any additional services or events you request, confirmed via verbal or email communication, without the need for a new agreement.
2. Payment Schedule
Payments will be charged based on the anniversary of your membership:
- Annual Members: Payments will be charged on the anniversary date each year.
- Monthly Members: Payments will be charged on the anniversary date each month.
A receipt will be sent via email once the payment is confirmed. You will receive an invoice the day before any charge is processed.
3. Payment Reversals & Fees
If a payment is reversed (due to insufficient funds, chargebacks, or other reasons), a payment reversal fee of $40 will apply. No late fees are applied to declined credit card transactions.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership by providing 14 days' written notice before your next scheduled payment date.

- Cancellations will take effect in the next billing cycle after notice is received.
5. Dispute Handling
If you have any disputes or concerns regarding a charge, you can contact us at [email protected] or send written correspondence to PO Box 429, Harrison Hot Springs, BC V0M1K0 within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Updating Terms
The Chamber reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this agreement. Any changes will be communicated via a link to our updated preauthorized credit card agreement on our website. By continuing membership and payment, you agree to the latest version of the terms.
7. Authorization for Additional Charges
For any additional services or events, we will charge your credit card based on prior verbal or email confirmation of the amounts, without the need for a new authorization form.
Agreement Confirmation
By submitting your credit card information and confirming your membership subscription, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above, and authorize the Harrison Agassiz Chamber of Commerce to charge your credit card in accordance with this agreement.
